On our outdoor patio area, you can find Balsam, Fraser fir and mixed greens wreaths, along with our own gorgeous hand tied wreaths…decorated or not, mixed greens, roping, swags and grave blankets. Inside, enjoy inspiration for your own holiday decorating…floral and greens arrangements and holiday centerpieces created by our talented floral designers, an assortment of Boxwood Trees, Christmas Cactus, Cyclamen, Amaryllis, Holly Branches and Mistletoe… We also have plenty of gift giving ideas and items. Holiday Open House 2011

Join us for our traditional Open House, held Saturday and Sunday, December 3rd & 4th from 10am to 6pm.

Enjoy a horse and carriage ride through our picturesque farm, while sipping some warm cider…Enjoy the sounds of the season as you wander through the color filled greenhouses while sampling some of our Christmas goodies…we will also offer specials through out this weekend on some of our best holiday décor. Just the thing… to get you in the holiday mood.

Williamsburg Wreath Making Class

The most popular class of the year…Design your own Williamsburg wreath using natural decorations including cones, berries, seed pods, dried fruit, cinnamon sticks and more. We will give you some basic history of these types of wreaths, as well as guidance in designing one for your home. The previous participants of this class have told us time and time again that they keep this wreath up through out the winter season…so much so that we have contemplated re-naming it our ‘Winter Wreath Class’. Due to its popularity and size limits, do not delay in registering for this class if you are interested, as it sells out quickly. Pre registration and payment are required. It is with out a doubt one of the most popular and fun classes we hold through out the year!! You may register on line or simply by calling the greenhouse.

Help Donaldson’s Greenhouse to help
Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association!!

During the weekend of December 3rd and 4th and through out the holiday season, we at Donaldson’s Greenhouse and Nursery will be accepting donations of much needed supplies (as well as monetary contributions) to help animals in need at Noah’s Ark. Any one wishing to bring a donation may drop it off at our greenhouse location between November 25th and December 19th.

In past years, our customers have overwhelmed us with their generosity in supporting NORWESCAP, and we are hoping that they are able to support this worthy cause, if possible. Each year there are so many adoptable dogs and cats that are euthanized in shelters across America because there are simply not enough resources. If Noah’s Ark is to expand their programs, reach more people and help more animals, they need more funding – and they need your help.
